HotWorks.org Sarasota Open Air Fine Art Show

Join us for HotWorks.org 4th Sarasota ‘Open Air’ Fine Art Show at Phillippi Estate Park, April 3 & 4, 2021 with COVID safety precautions in place such as the art show is held 100% outdoors, extra wide aisles for social distancing, all booths are minimum 6’ apart, face coverings recommended, etc.
The event features 65 professional fine art and fine craft artists with all discipline for sale – paintings, clay, glass, sculpture, fiber, wood, jewelry and more – all juried by art professionals. All work is original and personally handmade by the artist who is present at the show. Great food and music add to the ambiance of this beautiful show. The associated 501c3 non-profit arm, Institute for the Arts & Education, focuses on visual arts, cultural diversity, community enrichment and fostering art education among youth.
As part of our commitment to bring art education into the community, the Budding Artist Competition for ages 9-19 or grades 6-12 is integrated within the art show with a 10×20 space. Sponsored by Institute for the Arts & Education, this program encourages students to enter his/her original art that is publicly displayed in the art show the entire weekend. On Sunday at 3pm, there is $250 Budding Artist Awards presented at the show as young artists are exposed to the rules and entrepreneurship of doing art shows for a living.
